We use print-on-demand suppliers with production facilities in Australia and the United States. All products are made to order and shipped directly to you.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Manufacturing Defects or Print Errors

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, print error, or damage, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Size Change Requests

Size change requests may be assisted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Returned in original condition

All size exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
